This was our first GB League weekend of the year. Due to the IWA AGM and some players having other commitments we only had a team of 5 for this weekend. Our first game was against the Cardiff Pirates which we easily won 47 - 23. Next were the Marauders. This game was quite a bit tougher and we ended up loosing 53 - 46. Sunday seen us start the day off
The Coloplast league made its first trip across to Ireland for the latest round of games in April. The weekend started off on Saturday morning with the Gaelic Warriors facing Stoke Mandeville Storm. Our first game of the weekend was against the Rhinos on Friday morning. We knew going into the game that it was going to be a tough one as the Rhinos had 3 G.B. Paralympic players on their line up. We managed to go goal for goal for most of the first quarter which gave us a good confidence boost.
